We infuse strategies to regulate the nervous system and our breathing patterns with prayer, meditation, and worship. When we draw near to God, He draws near to us. Learning to get into His presence is a necessary life skill that increases our faith and sustains us.

Proverbs 4:23 tells us “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” When we experience hardship, trauma, anxiety, loneliness, disappointment, anger, trauma, betrayal, our heart becomes vulnerable due to the type of injury sustained. This meditation time is to encourage you, and raise your awareness to how to repair and guard your heart.
