    • A calm, respectful group environment

  • To preserve safety and intimacy, this community is limited to 12 participants.

    When the group is full, enrollment will close and a waitlist will open.

It is designed for people who have carried responsibility, grief, leadership, emotional pain, or stress for a long time — and are ready for consistency, alignment, safety, and support.

You do not need to be “good at meditation.”
You do not need to speak.
You do not need to explain yourself.

You only need a willingness to show up as you are.
