The ASSYST protocol supports individuals experiencing hyperarousal by helping the nervous system settle and regain a sense of safety. It is especially helpful for those who feel constantly on edge, overstimulated, tense, restless, or emotionally reactive, and who struggle with sleep, focus, or sensory overload. This practice gently reduces heightened alertness and physical stress responses, making it easier to feel grounded, present, and regulated.

Bring your own weighted vest or borrow one of our weighted packs.

Rucking is a simple, steady walking practice with light added weight. It supports both physical strength and nervous system regulation — without intensity or competition.

Benefits of Rucking

  • Improves core strength and posture

  • Builds balance and functional strength

  • Supports joint stability

  • Burns calories and promotes weight loss

  • Encourages rhythmic movement and mental clarity

This is not a race.
It’s a grounded, embodied practice — designed to reconnect you to your body in a calm, sustainable way.

You are welcome to move at your own pace.

    • No requirement to share or speak

    • A calm, respectful group environment

  • To preserve safety and intimacy, this community is limited to 12 participants.

    When the group is full, enrollment will close and a waitlist will open.
